Match for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Title:
The Fatal 4-Way Match between Usos (c) and Braun Strowman and Ricochet, in which the winner will face Intercontinental Champion Gunther at the Elimination Chamber:

Our live coverage of Rey Mysterio vs. Madcap Moss vs. Karrion Kross vs. Santos Escobar starts at 8 p.m. EST. Paul Heyman opened the show by stating that Sami Zayn is not present this evening. He stated that Sami Zayn on SmackDown and Cody Rhodes on SmackDown are the two targets of an attack on The Bloodline. He stated that these titles—not Paul Heyman, Roman Reigns, or Bloodline—are the centerpiece of the island of relevance. Heyman was followed by Sami Zayn. Heyman was told by Zayn that he could leave him now if he wanted to, but he won't. He stated that The Bloodline would have dropped him by now if this had occurred a month ago. Because he is aware that Reign's days as champion are numbered, he stated that they are not out here. Zayn inquired of Heyman whether he believed Jey Uso would support his twin brother or his abusive cousin, and what would Solo do when he began to think for himself. According to Zayn, Reigns has eight days until the Elimination Chamber. He instructed Heyman to inform Reigns that Cody is the one who will bring him down, so he need not be concerned about him.

Adonis (with B-Fab) and Hit Row (Top Dolla and Ashanti "Thee") vs. Sheamus and Drew McIntyre Sheamus performed White Noise on Adonis. On Top Dolla, McIntyre landed the Claymore Kick. Adonis was pinned when Sheamus landed the Brogue Kick on him. Top Dolla never participated in the match in any way. The Viking Raiders and Valhalla appeared on the video wall following the match. They challenged Sheamus and McIntyre to a match next week and said that their fate would be pain and suffering.
Jimmy Uso was calling Jey backstage, leaving a message for him to call back.

Karrion Kross told Scarlett backstage that he was going to win the Fatal 4-Way match tonight and make Rey Mysterio suffer.
Jimmy Uso attempted to call Jey once more backstage.
Backstage, Jimmy Uso informed Paul Heyman that he is unable to reach Jey. Lacey Evans defeated Carmen Harress with the Cobra Clutch. He told Jimmy earlier in the ring that Zayn was holding him hostage and that nobody came out to help him. He wanted to know where Jimmy was. Jimmy stated that Solo is not present, despite his efforts to contact Jey. He assured Heyman that he and he would be able to defend the tag titles. Heyman stated that he will be responsible for this on his own. Heyman was informed by Jimmy that Jey will be here tonight.

Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce were arguing about why she wasn't in the Elimination Chamber backstage. Pearce was informed by Chelsea Green, who intervened, that she is looking for the manager in order to file a complaint against the RAW General Manager. She was told by Pearce that he looks the same on both shows. She asked him if he was discriminating against her after she told him that she has facial amnesia. They were told by Pearce that they are very similar to each other, and tonight they will compete against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez together.

Match for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Title:
During the match's opening sequence, The Usos (c) vs. Braun Strowman and Ricochet Jey Uso walked down the aisle and gave Jimmy a hug. Ricochet got a two-count after hitting Jimmy with the Swanton that was off Strowman's shoulders, but Jey pulled Ricochet off of him. Outside the ring, Strowman attempted to block Jey with a running shoulder block, but Jey ducked, sending Strowman flying over the announce table. After that, Ricochet jumped Jey off the top rope. Jimmy was there when Ricochet reached the top rope. Jimmy's leg tag was made by Jey, and Ricochet didn't see it. Ricochet threw Jimmy off the rope, sent him to the mat, and performed a Shooting Star Press on him. However, Jey splashed Ricochet off the other turnbuckle and pinned him.

Rey Mysterio stated backstage that Karrion Kross is an evil individual who will win tonight's Fatal 4-Way match and go on to become the Intercontinental Champion because nothing will stop him.
Backstage, Jey told Jimmy that he has always had his back from the start, and Jimmy couldn't believe he had doubts about that. He asked Jimmy if he was in or out, and he was told it had been hell since he left. Jey left after claiming ignorance. Jimmy said no when Heyman asked if Jey had said anything.
Natalya claimed that Shayna Baszler had broken her nose in the ring, but she returned to the Elimination Chamber to replace Baszler. She stated that Baszler is nothing more than a cheap Ronda Rousey. Baszler came out and said that she is sick of people ignoring her achievements. She claimed that she was signed to this company before Ronda Rousey, that she was fighting in rings similar to these before Ronda, and that she was winning titles before Ronda Rousey. Rousey Ronda emerged. Natalya was attacked after Rousey and Baszler engaged in a staredown. This easily got thrown out because it brought out Shotzi. While Baszler kicked Natalya in the arm, Ronda held onto it.
Sami Zayn greeted Jey Uso backstage. At the Royal Rumble, Zayn thanked him for helping him. He assured Jey that he would bring Reigns down, and that Jey would not have to go down with the ship. He told Jey that he wasn't sure if they would talk again, but he acknowledged him and they bumped fists.

LA Knight said backstage that he has no regrets about his Pitch Black match with Bray Wyatt Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville versus Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan Deville tried to hit Morgan, but she ducked, and Green got hit by her. Green was eventually tagged by Deville, but Green refused to enter the ring. She was grabbed by Rodriguez in the ring. Green attempted to lunge at Rodriguez, but Rodriguez moved out of the way, resulting in Green colliding with Deville. Green received the Tehana Bomb from Rodriguez. Rodriquez won the match by powerbombing Morgan on Green after Morgan tagged in.
Emma concurred when Madcap Moss told them backstage that he would win the Fatal 4-Way match tonight.

Michael Cole spoke with Charlotte Flair backstage. Charlotte claimed that she defeated Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania three years ago, and Ripley claimed that she was too young and unprepared in retrospect. Three years later, Charlotte stated that she would replace Ripley.
Fatal 4-Way Match in which the winner faces Gunther, the Intercontinental Champion, in the Elimination Chamber:

Rey Mysterio defeated Madcap Moss with Emma, Karrion Kross with Scarlett, Santos Escobar with Zelina Vega, and Madcap Moss. Mysterio also defeated Santos Escobar. Mysterio's leg was grabbed by Scarlett. Mysterio Escobar charged at Kross, sending both to the outside of the ring after Kross struck him with the Kross Hammer. Moss pinned Mysterio with an elbow drop from the top rope.
Backstage, Heyman spoke with Jimmy and informed him that Roman Reigns asked Jey and him to stay at home for the Canadian show because sometimes you can see things on TV that you can't see in person. As the show ended, Jimmy appeared perplexed.
