Over the weekend, WWE Network and Peacock fans will once more be treated to new programming. On-demand content has been decreasing over the past few weeks, and this weekend will unfortunately continue the trend.
Still, there are a lot of new programs added every week. Monday night, RAW Talk aired a brand-new episode. Meiko Satomura vs. Roxanne Perez was the main event of NXT Roadblock 2023, which was added to the archive on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, a brand-new episode of The Bump featuring Maximum Male Models, Rhea Ripley, and Ric Flair was also added to the archives. Last but not least, This Week in WWE was released on Thursday.
This weekend, only four new full-length shows are scheduled to air on WWE Network and Peacock. This includes a show about the future stars, an interview show, and two major roster events that happened recently. What are the upcoming streaming platforms?
The following are four shows coming to WWE Organization and Peacock this end of the week.
A brand-new episode of SmackDown LowDown will air this weekend. On Friday, March 18, the popular show will be available on demand starting at 12 p.m. EST.
The program is a sister show to RAW Talk for those who are unaware. The co-hosts are typically Matt Camp and Jackie Redmond, with Scott Stanford occasionally filling in. Interviews from the arena are spliced into the show to break down the events of SmackDown.
The series' episode from last week featured a slew of notable actors. Over the course of three segments, seven celebrities spoke with Megan Morant. She began by conducting interviews with Sheamus, Butch, and Ridge Holland, also known as The Brawling Brutes. Megan then spoke with The Judgment Day's Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley.
Ultimately, the questioner talked with Jimmy and Jey Uso. Jey Uso challenged Sami to meet him in the ring "next week," which would be this weekend, during their conversation. You can see the interviews above.
This weekend, a brand-new episode of WWE Main Event will be added to the archive. The program previously broadcasted on Spring second, 2023. Main Event is broadcast worldwide and available on Hulu.
The Main Event program is not immediately added to the WWE Network and Peacock because it is on Hulu. After a slight delay of approximately two and a half weeks, the series is added to the archives.
On Saturday, March 18, the program's March 2nd edition will be added. There were two big fights on the show. Mia Yim, who returned to World Wrestling Entertainment last year, took on Tamina, a veteran wrestler, in the first match.
Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin faced off against NXT's Malik Blade and Edris Enofe in the main event. Benjamin and Alexander seem to be pushing for The Hurt Business to come back, which many people hope will happen after WrestleMania.
WWE SmackDown will be available to watch whenever you want. The program first aired on Friday, February 17; however, on Sunday, March 19, it will be available to stream. Due to contractual obligations, the series is delayed for on-demand subscribers, just like Main Event was.
Because it was the SmackDown before Elimination Chamber 2023, this season was a big one. Sami Zayn cut a promo in the ring during the main event in front of his Montreal fans, who gave him the best reaction of all time. The experience was truly one to cherish.
Gunther defeated Madcap Moss to defend the coveted Intercontinental Championship at the blue brand's pre-Elimination Chamber show. Additionally, Ronda Rousey participated in tag team matches, and Bray Wyatt sent Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley a chilling message.
