This year's list also includes Lianne Sanderson, a journalist and former England player.
The Football Black List, first published in 2008, focuses on black professionals in the industry who have a positive impact.
A panel of experts composed of representatives from the Premier League, the Professional Footballers' Association, the League Managers' Association, the English Football League, and the anti-racism organization Kick It Out select the names for each of the eight categories.
The 2022 list also includes Jobi McAnuff, Les Ferdinand, and Deji Davies. The only black board member at a Premier League club is Davies, who is also a non-executive director at Brentford. Ferdinand is the only black director of football in the game, and McAnuff is a board member at the Football Association.
Leon Mann, one of the Football Black List's co-founders, stated: Although there is clearly still a long way to go before we see better representation in football, I am particularly proud that the list now includes board members and managers at the top of their respective fields.
"However, we are focusing on the pioneers. We are happy for these people and the difference they are making."
There is also a "ones to watch" category for Ugo Ehiogu, which highlights promising young people in the industry under the age of 30.
