SMACKDOWN WOMEN'S CHAMPION CHARLOTTE FLAIR VS RHEA RIPLEY IN WRESTLEMANIA 39

Rhea Ripley, the winner of the Royal Rumble, will face Charlotte Flair, the SmackDown Women's Champion, at WrestleMania for a chance at redemption.
After starting as the first entrant and competing for a grueling 61 minutes and eight seconds, Ripley won the Royal Rumble in spectacular fashion, defeating No. Liv Morgan, the second competitor, to win. Given that Ripley had been Speared earlier in the evening by WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix, Ripley's victory was even more remarkable.

On the following night's episode of Raw, Ripley announced her challenger: Flair, her fierce rival,
Due to the fact that Ripley has never defeated Flair, The Queen and The Nightmare have a lengthy, albeit biased, history. The roles were reversed three years ago, when Flair defeated then-NXT Women's Champion Ripley at WrestleMania 36 and won the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble Match. That night, Ripley lost to Flair and has never beaten her since.

"Mami" has the best chance of overthrowing The Queen when she is accompanied by The Judgment Day. Ripley is a very different competitor than she was three years ago, and her recent dominance shows that she may win.

Will history repeat itself with The Queen remaining in power, or will Ripley finally be able to conquer her demons and bring Flair's worst nightmare to life? The two-night WrestleMania Premium Live Event will be streamed live on Peacock in the United States and on WWE Network worldwide at 8 p.m. PT on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2.
